Outdoor dragon drone light show by Celestial, the Britain's Got Talent runners-up, with hundreds of synchronised drones over the night sky.
Sky Kingdom comes to Edgbaston Stadium on 6 and 7 November, a drone light show from Celestial, the team that earned a Golden Buzzer on Britain's Got Talent and finished as runners-up after a display over Greenwich Park and the Thames. It's billed as the UK's most magical dragon drone show, and it lives up to the name: hundreds of synchronised drones sweep across the night sky to form dragons, castles and mythical creatures, all set to a cinematic soundtrack. The whole thing runs for around 40 minutes.
It's pitched as a family-friendly alternative to fireworks, which is a useful way to think about it if you've got kids or pets. There's no smoke and no ear-splitting bangs, and the pace is gentle rather than frantic. The stadium has wheelchair access and buggy parks on site, so it's easy enough to get into with a pram or a wheelchair. Celestial have already played to more than 200,000 guests across the UK, and this is one of their stops on a wider tour: they'll be at Nottingham Trent Bridge, Brighton & Hove The County Ground and Bristol Seat Unique Stadium in December.
