A day of holistic wellness and spiritual growth with stage sessions, classes and exhibitors, including yoga, meditation and energy healing.
Mind Body Spirit Festival returns to NEC Birmingham from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November, taking over Hall 7 for three days of holistic wellness and spiritual growth. It's a big one, bringing wellbeing, personal transformation and spirituality under one roof, with stage sessions, classes and exhibitors devoted to yoga, meditation, energy healing and holistic therapies.
The main stage is hosted by BBC West Midlands presenter Mollie Green, and the headline session is a 90-minute live workshop by Paul McKenna. Joining him across the weekend are Poppy Delbridge on rapid tapping, Chinese medicine expert Katie Brindle, BBC Breakfast's Dr Helen Wall, psychologist and author Steve Taylor, astral projection teacher Jade Shaw and former X Factor star Matreya. There's a clear lean into the 'witchcore' trend this year, with rituals and manifesting, protective herbal magick and crystals for energy shielding running through the programme.
Accessibility is a focus, too. The Academy of Sound Therapy, a CMA-accredited college run by ADHD practitioner Helen Campbell from a countryside retreat near Grantham, exhibits with courses and sound baths built to be neurodivergent, dyslexic and ADHD-friendly. For families, there's a new Enchanted Corner curated by Karen Kay, with mindfulness, mermaid sensory sessions, arts and crafts and story time. And if you fancy something a bit darker, Haunted UK's Steven Holloway is running a bespoke haunted Birmingham tour.
