A family-friendly double celebration marking both Bonfire Night and Diwali with live entertainment, food, BBQs, fire pits, refreshments, fireworks and crafts.
Warm Earth is bringing Bonfire Night and Diwali together for a double celebration on Saturday 7 November, at their site on James Turner Street in Birmingham. It's a four-hour event that runs from 6 pm to 10 pm, and it's open to all ages, so it works as a family day out.
The night is built around a few different things running at once. There's live entertainment and fireworks, and for the food side of things, they'll have BBQs and refreshments on hand. Fire pits will be going throughout the evening, and there's a crafts area too, so if you're bringing kids, there's plenty for them to get stuck into while the adults hang back. It's a long stretch of an evening, and since it's open to all ages, you can drift in and out as you like rather than feeling you have to be there for the whole four hours.
