Beginner's felt tip marker painting workshop led by Tat Vision at Craft & Culture.
Tat Vision is running a marker painting workshop at Craft & Culture in Birmingham on Saturday 21 November, from 6pm to 9pm. It's a three-hour session, and it's aimed at beginners, so you don't need any prior experience to get involved.
The whole thing is built around painting with markers, which is a bit different from the usual brushes and pots you'd find in a painting class. It's a more direct way of working, and because it's for beginners, the focus is on getting stuck in rather than worrying about having a background in art. You'll be working with Tat Vision, who'll be leading the session and showing you how to use the markers to build up a piece.
It's a Saturday evening slot, so it's one of those things you can fit in after work or as a proper night out in the city. The session runs from 6pm to 9pm, giving you a good three hours to work through your painting without having to rush it. It's held at Craft & Culture, and it's open to anyone who's never picked up a marker for painting before.
