Relaxing sound healing session led by Debbie @ Earth Monkey Sounds using Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments.
Debbie @ Earth Monkey Sounds is hosting a sound bath called Finding Stillness at Cambridge Road Methodist Church in Moseley on Sunday 8 November. It runs from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, with doors opening at 6:15pm.
The session works with Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments to build a space for relaxation and inner calm. Sound healing is framed here as an ancient, holistic, and complementary therapy that can reduce stress and anxiety and help you rebalance, and the evening is presented as a way to rest deeply, clear the mind and reset. You don't need any prior experience to take part: you lie on a mat or cushion while the sound waves wash over you.
Because the session starts as soon as the doors close, Debbie recommends arriving fifteen minutes early to get settled. You'll need to bring your own mat, cushion and blanket to lie on, and there are refreshments provided, including vegan and gluten-free options. Free parking is available on site.
