Red carpet premiere of the film 'Cat Fight', with a red carpet, talk from the filmmakers and a screening.
Cat Fight has its official red carpet premiere at Mockingbird House in the Custard Factory on Thursday 5 November, presented by Lauren Kelly. It's the first time the film will be shown to an audience, and the creators say it's been in production over the last few months, so this is the first chance to see the finished thing.
The evening is set up as a proper premiere rather than just a screening. Before the film starts, you're invited to walk the red carpet in front of a personalised backdrop for a photo, and then the filmmakers will talk about the film and how it came together. Once that's done, you sit back and watch the movie in full. The screening itself runs for about two hours, so with the red carpet and the introduction, you're looking at a good evening's entertainment.

It's held at Mockingbird House, part of the Custard Factory in Deritend (B9 4AA), so it's right in the heart of the Digbeth area. Doors open at 6:20 PM, and the whole thing runs from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Tickets are £11.55, and since it's a red carpet premiere, it's a good excuse to dress up a bit for the photo before the film kicks off.
