Stand-up night with Smash Bengali, Noreen Khan, Sami Abu Wardeh, Ily Hamdia and Salman Malik, with proceeds supporting Islamic Help Charity.
Arabs & Asians is back at the Midlands Arts Centre on Thursday 29 October, returning to the MAC with a line-up that brings together some of the UK's most exciting comedic voices. It's a night built around culture, identity and shared experiences, all told through stand-up, and this time it's returning bigger, louder and funnier than before.
The bill features five comedians: Smash Bengali, Noreen Khan, Sami Abu Wardeh, Ily Hamdia and Salman Malik. Each takes their turn on stage, so you'll get five different perspectives across the evening rather than one long set. The whole night is put on by Plan Your Entertainment, and it's suitable for ages 15 and over.
There's a bit more to this one than just the comedy, too. Proceeds from the show go to Islamic Help, a charity that runs life-saving projects in Gaza, so your ticket does something beyond the night itself. It's the kind of thing that makes a night out feel a bit more worthwhile when you know where the money is heading.
