Halloween week at The Ivy Belfast with the 'Wicked Eye' dessert and cocktail, and the Little Monsters Breakfast Banquet for children.
The Ivy in Belfast is leaning into Halloween this year, with a week of themed additions to the menu running from Monday 26 October to Sunday 1 November. It's a short window, so if you're after the spooky bits, you'll want to get in before the first of November.
The centrepiece is the 'Wicked Eye', which arrives as both a dessert and a cocktail. The dessert pairs chocolate ice cream and dark chocolate mousse with honeycomb, pink angel hair and milk foam. The matching cocktail mixes Ketel One Vodka, Beesou honey aperitif, lemon, white chocolate and raspberry. You can have one, the other, or both if you're feeling it.
Save the weekend for the Little Monsters Breakfast Banquet, a family-focused morning where fancy dress is encouraged. The little ones get a Halloween toy and treats to go with their breakfast, so it's one of those things that works best if you've got kids who'll actually get into the costume side of things.
