Concert by AM Shanley at Voodoo Belfast within the The Devils Fayre Samhain Revel cycle.
AM Shanley plays Voodoo in Belfast on Sunday 18 October, part of the The Devils Fayre Samhain Revel series. It's an indie-alternative set, with Shanley as the sole feature on the bill, so the whole afternoon is built around their sound.
If you're not familiar with the name, the music sits in that indie-alternative space — melodic and guitar-led, but with a bit of a lean towards the atmospheric. It's the kind of gig that works as well for a quiet Sunday as it does for anyone who likes their indie with a bit of room to breathe. Being the only act on the bill means the set will be the main event, rather than a slot tucked between a few other bands.
The show is presented as part of The Devils Fayre Samhain Revel, a series of events running around Samhain, the old Gaelic festival marking the start of winter. It's a fitting slot for an indie-alternative set, and it puts the date in a bit of context — a Sunday afternoon gig in the middle of October, just as the nights are drawing in. If you've been following the series, this is one of the dates it's bringing to the city.

It's a daytime one, starting at 1:00 PM at Voodoo, so you'll be out and about in the middle of the day rather than heading out for a late night. That makes it an easy one to fit in on a Sunday, with the rest of the afternoon still ahead of you. AM Shanley takes the stage alone, with the set running from 1:00 PM.
