Live honky-tonk music by Rosie & the Ramblers at the Neon Rainbows two-step night, with beginner and intermediate two-step lessons.
Rosie & the Ramblers play Sagebrush on Monday, September 28, from 7 PM to 11 PM. They're an Austin band, and they'll be sharing the bill with DJ Ed West. The night is run by Neon Rainbows, who host a queer country session at Sagebrush that pairs two-step lessons with live honky-tonk bands.
If you've never been, here's how the evening works: beginner and intermediate two-step lessons run at 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM, and the dance floor is open to all identities and experience levels. It's a queer country night, so the whole thing is built around that community. It's not every Monday, either—some weeks the venue hosts a BRONCO line-dance night instead, so this is one of the honky-tonk sessions.
