A drag show tribute to Dolly Parton's 9 to 5, featuring drag performances, linedance lessons, and DJ sets, hosted by Brigitte Bandit.
Neon Rainbows is taking over Sagebrush on Monday, September 7, for a Dolly Parton tribute they're calling 9 to 5: Labor Gay Monday! It's part of their Queer Country series, and this one lands right on Labor Day weekend, so the theme fits the timing.
Brigitte Bandit hosts the night, and the main event is a Dolly drag show featuring She's Your Bubu and Selma Bawdy. Between the performances, Country Fried Dance will lead line dance lessons to Dolly classics, so you can get on your feet and learn the steps. Ed West is on DJ duties throughout the evening, and World Famous Bob is running a costume contest, which gives you a reason to lean into the Dolly theme yourself.
