Traditional country music artist Jesse Daniel performs live at Sagebrush, celebrating the release of his new album 'Looks Like Rain'.
Jesse Daniel returns to Sagebrush on Saturday, November 7, for a show that doubles as an album release. He's coming back to the venue to mark the arrival of his new record, Looks Like Rain, so the set will be built around the new material.
Daniel is a California native, born and raised in Ben Lomond, and he's spent the last few years building a following among traditional country fans. He's put out three full-length studio albums and a live record, and he describes his sound as drawing on the Bakersfield Sound and the tradition of his heroes. From there, his style reaches into country rock and country blues, and then over to honky tonk and California country. It's a wide enough spread that a single night can hold a fair bit of it.
He won't be the only one on the bill. Chasen Wayne & The Honky Tonk Machine and Hayden Butler are both on the lineup, so there's more than one act to catch before the main set. The whole night is presented by Sagebrush.
