German dubstep producer INFEKT performs live at the Vulcan Gas Company venue in Austin as part of his 2026-2027 tour.
INFEKT plays Vulcan Gas Company on Saturday, December 12, at 10 PM. He's a German DJ and producer who has become a defining force in modern dubstep, known for relentless, wonky, and darkly textured basslines. If you're into the heavier, more experimental side of bass music, this is exactly the kind of set you want to be in the room for.
There's a bit of a story behind the name, too. INFEKT started producing music when he was just 12 years old, and his rise has been explosive since 2022. He's backed by some of the biggest names in electronic music—Skrillex, Zeds Dead, Subtronics, and Excision—and he's played sold-out shows across North America, Europe, and Australia. You'll recognize the names of the festivals he's played: EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, Rampage, Beyond Wonderland, and HARD Summer. This Austin date is part of his 2026-2027 tour, which runs from October 9 to December 19, 2026, with 14 shows in 12 cities.
