As for the logistics, it's at Hotel Vegas & The Volstead Lounge, 1500 E 6th St, in East Austin. Admission is free, but you'll need to be 21 or older to get in. With the 10 PM start and the 2 AM finish, it's a four-hour stretch, so you can roll in whenever you're ready and stay as long as you like.
