Weekly outdoor vinyasa yoga sessions offered by Evolation Yoga Atlanta, suitable for all skill levels and ages.
Evolation Yoga Atlanta is hosting Yoga Flow, an outdoor vinyasa series at 10th Street Park, with sessions on Tuesday, October 20, and Tuesday, October 27, from 6 PM to 7 PM. The series is a partnership with Midtown Alliance, set up as a weekly chance to find some inner peace and unwind after work.
The practice focuses on the connection between movement and breath, with exercises that build flexibility and strength. Each week brings new poses, so the flow changes rather than repeating the same sequence. Depending on the session, the instructor may also bring in breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness. It's open to all skill levels and ages, from beginners to long-time practitioners.
Will Milne, the studio manager who teaches the sessions, says the real benefit comes when you carry the lessons out into everyday life—staying mindful and present while standing in line, driving in traffic, or at work. Practicing outdoors adds a connection with nature, with the sky and the breeze around you. You'll need to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle, and since it's outside, the weather can change plans.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Atlanta and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
