Free weekly outdoor yoga flow session open to all skill levels and ages, run by the Midtown Alliance with Evolution Yoga Atlanta.
Yoga Flow returns to 10th Street Park on Tuesday, October 27, from 6 PM to 7 PM. It's a free community session open to all skill levels and ages, run by the Midtown Alliance in collaboration with Evolation Yoga Atlanta. If you've never been, it's a good way to get some movement in without spending anything.
The practice focuses on the connection between movement and breath, with exercises that lean into flexibility and strength. You'll find fun transitions and new poses each week, so it doesn't just feel like the same routine every time. Depending on the session, the instructor may also weave in breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness. Beginners and long-time practitioners are both welcome, so you don't need to be an expert to join in.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Atlanta and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

Since it's held outdoors, you'll need to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Keep in mind that the session may be moved or rescheduled if the weather doesn't cooperate, so it's worth checking in before you head out. The park is at 1005 Peachtree St NE, on the corner of Peachtree and 10th Streets in Midtown, and the class runs from 6 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday, October 27. It's a free community event.
