National Dog Day patio celebration at Dos Caminos in Midtown where guests bring their dogs for treats and the humans enjoy Mexican food and cocktails.
Dos Caminos is running Paws on The Patio in Midtown from Thursday, October 22, through Monday, November 2, as a kickoff to National Dog Day. It's a daylong patio event where you bring your dog along and hang out with tacos and cocktails while the pups get their own treats. The restaurant is at 1100 Peachtree St NE, and it's free to attend.
Dos Caminos is a Mexican and Latin spot from New York that brought its bold flavors to Midtown: sizzling fajitas, fresh made-to-order guacamole, handcrafted margaritas, and the usual favorites in a lively, fiesta-ready atmosphere. For the dogs, the treats are the main draw. Throughout the day, lucky pups get a complimentary Paw-Camole Pup Cup—a dog-friendly blend of sweet potato and pumpkin purée topped with a peanut butter milk bone—and a Dos Caminos bandana while supplies last. Water cups are on hand, too.
While the dogs are sorted, the humans can order from the modern Mexican menu. There are Birria Tacos, Cantina Nachos, Skirt Steak Asada, and Mole Short Ribs, alongside margaritas and a selection of premium tequilas and mezcals. It's the kind of afternoon where you can actually bring your dog along rather than leaving them at home.

A couple of practical things to keep in mind: dogs are welcome in the designated front patio area only and need to stay under your control, and you're responsible for cleaning up after them. The event runs daily from 11:30 AM to 9 PM through November 2, so you can swing by whenever it fits your schedule.
