Annual Fall Festival, a free public Spotlight event with free food held at Hurt Park.
The Fall Festival returns to Hurt Park on Thursday, October 22, from 3 PM to 6 PM. It's an annual Spotlight event, and this year it's part of the Atlanta Campus Social, so it's open to the public. If you're around downtown on a Thursday afternoon, it's an easy one to drop into.
The festival is put on by the POUNCE Rewards Program and the Spotlight Programs Board, and it's supported by Student Activity Fees. That funding is exactly why it's free to attend, and why there's free food on the day. It's a public event, so you don't have to be a student to show up—anyone in the city can walk in.

As for the location, Hurt Park is at 25 Courtland St. SE, right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. It's a central spot, so it's easy to get to whether you're coming from the campus or from across town. The festival runs for three hours, from 3 PM to 6 PM, so you can swing by for a quick bite or hang out for the whole afternoon. Admission is free, and the food is free too.
