Charity music quiz in aid of All Life Chances with a three-course meal and drinks, returning as a hit night of music and trivia.
Rock n Raise is back at Union Kirk on Thursday 12 November, returning to Aberdeen for its second year. It's a music quiz running from 18:30 to 23:55, and it's being held in aid of All Life Chances.
The quiz is built around a broad reach of artists, so you'll need to know your way around a few different eras and styles. The rounds pit guests' knowledge against each other, with the questions pulling from Pink to Pink Floyd, Charli XCX to XTC, and the Beatles to the Stones. It's a music quiz in the truest sense, and the range is wide enough that you'll want a team with a good spread of tastes to cover all the bases.
It's not just about the trivia, though. The night includes a three-course meal and drinks on arrival, so it's a full evening out rather than a quick drop-in. Fowler McKenzie is the gold sponsor for the event, and the dress code is smart casual or rock star chic, so you can lean into the theme if you fancy it. Between the meal and the quiz, the night is built around music, laughs and trivia.
