Ricky Gervais brings his stand-up tour 'Legend' to P&J Live in Aberdeen, the only Scottish show on the tour.
Ricky Gervais brings his new stand-up show, Legend, to P&J Live on Thursday 5 November. It's the only Scottish date he's announced so far, and it falls early in a tour that runs from autumn 2026 right through to the end of 2027.
There's a bit of a long game at play here: the whole tour is being filmed, and it'll eventually become his fifth Netflix special. The streaming giant actually bought the rights to the show before it had even started, so if you're in the room, you're part of the version that ends up on screen. It follows four previous tours — Humanity, Supernature, Armageddon and Mortality — all of which broke box office records and topped the Netflix charts. Armageddon and Mortality each won him a Golden Globe for Stand-Up Comedy on Television, in 2024 and 2026 respectively.
He's billing Legend as his most personal show to date, and there's a charitable side to it as well. At the end of the Mortality tour in 2025, he donated £2.43 million to animal charities worldwide, and he's pledging a portion of Legend's ticket sales to charity too. If you've followed his work, you'll know the animal cause is a long-standing one for him, so that's a good bit of context to have in mind before you head in.

On the night, doors open at 18:00 and the show starts at 19:30, so there's plenty of time to get settled before he takes the stage. Tickets are £42.50 plus fees, and with this being the only Scottish date announced, it's the one to keep an eye on if you're not fancying a trip south for it.
