Irish country music star Claudia Buckley brings her new production 'The Galway Girl' to The Tivoli Theatre.
Claudia Buckley brings her new country show The Galway Girl to The Tivoli Theatre on Saturday 14 November, starting at 7:30 pm. She'll be backed by a five-piece band, with special guests joining her on the night. It's a brand-new production staged with an ensemble cast, which she describes as her biggest tour to date.
Buckley is one of Ireland's leading country music stars, hailing from Athenry in Co. Galway. She's following in the footsteps of her father, the country music legend Jimmy Buckley, and has built her own name in the years since. She's been named Female Entertainer of the Year three times and was once Female Vocalist of the Year at the Irish Country Music Awards. Her self-penned single 'Honey Bee' broke into the Irish pop charts, and she's toured Ireland, the UK and Scotland, appearing on television alongside Ronan Keating.
This show draws on two number-one albums and songs like 'Diane', 'Come On In' and her breakthrough single 'Drinking with Dolly'. It comes after a sell-out tour in 2025, so this is her return to the road with a new production. The set will pull from those records, and with a five-piece band behind her, it'll be a full sound rather than a stripped-back affair.
