Talk and wine tasting with wine merchant Dan Keeling for the Pick Your Bottles series at Topping & Company Booksellers.
Dan Keeling is coming to Topping & Company Booksellers on Monday 16 November for a talk and wine tasting, part of the bookshop's Cooks & Books series that pairs authors with food and drink. It runs from 7:00pm to 8:00pm in the main shop.
Keeling is a London-based writer, restaurateur and wine merchant, and he's one of the names behind Noble Rot magazine, which he co-founded and edits. He also co-owns three Noble Rot wine bars in London, whose wine lists picked up 'Wine List of the Year' at both the World Restaurant Awards and the National Restaurant Awards. On the import side, he runs Keeling Andrew with Mark Andrew, alongside the Shrine to the Vine wine shops.
He's written two books: Who's Afraid of Romanee-Conti? (2024) and Noble Rot: Wine from Another Galaxy, which won the Guild of Food Writers' Drinks Book of the Year in 2021. Before he turned to wine, he worked in music, signing Coldplay and Lily Allen at Parlophone Records.
