The Watchers of York auction offers the chance to take home one of the city's distinctive sculpture artworks. Inspired by the medieval stone grotesques of York Minster, these sculptures have been part of a city-wide summer trail. Each piece is individually designed and hand-painted by talented artists. Bidding is open online, and the auction will culminate at the Watchers Final Gathering at York Minster, where all the sculptures will be displayed together before the auction closes.
