Rob Lamberti brings his George Michael tribute show, Perfectly George, to the York Barbican on Sunday 15 November 2026. It's a tribute to George Michael's career, with Lamberti's voice at the centre of it. The show runs through Michael's work from the Wham! days through to his later solo years, and you'll hear songs like 'Careless Whisper', 'Faith', 'I'm Your Man' and 'Club Tropicana' along the way. It's described as a dynamic show that tactfully and appropriately celebrates the career of one of the most gifted performers of a generation.
Lamberti isn't new to this particular voice. He appeared on the BBC's Even Better than the Real Thing in 2017 and provided the voice for the George Michael character in Steve Coogan's film Greed. West End Wilma called the show "a brilliant show... nothing short of perfection".
