A tribute concert celebrating Meat Loaf's album 'Bat Out of Hell', performed in its entirety by Steve Steinman and The Rock n Roll Heroes.
Steve Steinman brings his Bat Out of Hell 50th Anniversary Tour to York Barbican on Friday 30 April 2027, with the show starting at 7:30pm. It's a tribute to Meat Loaf's multimillion-selling album Bat Out of Hell, which Steinman performs in its entirety. Along with the full album, he adds some of the biggest hits Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman recorded together, including 'I Would Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That)' and 'Dead Ringer for Love'.
Steinman fronts the production, billed as a No.1 recording artist and a highly acclaimed show producer, and he's backed by The Rock n Roll Heroes, an all-star live band made up of some of the country's finest rock musicians. The show also includes a cast of singers and dancers, so it's more of a full production than a simple band on stage. It's part of his wider Bat Out of Hell 50th Anniversary Tour, which he's taking to stages across the UK.

One thing to keep in mind is that this is an independent concert production. The York Barbican listing makes it clear that it's not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Jim Steinman's Estate or Bat Out of Hell The Musical. If you're bringing anyone younger, under-14s have to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The show runs at the Barbican in YO10 4NT, starting at 7:30pm on Friday 30 April 2027.
