Concert by Francis Rossi performing Status Quo classics, deep cuts and a new medley on his UK tour.
Francis Rossi brings his Songbook: Quo - Past, Present, Future tour to York Barbican on Friday 26 March 2027. It's one of 61 dates across the UK, a run that stretches from September 2026 through to May 2027, so York sits somewhere in the middle of the whole thing.

The set is built around Rossi's own selection of Status Quo songs. He's pulling from the evergreen classics that most people know, but he's also reaching for the deep cuts — the less-played tracks that usually don't make the setlist. On top of that, he's working up a new medley, so there'll be something in there you haven't heard him do this way before. He'll be performing them himself, with his own commentary woven through the night, talking about the songs as he goes.
If you're after something more than a seat in the crowd, there's a VIP Soundcheck Experience, though it's strictly limited. It gets you into the soundcheck, a separate two-song performance of tracks not in the main show, a walk around the stage with the sound engineer, one of the best seats in the house, a signed limited-edition 7-inch single, and a tour lanyard. It's a fair bit more than a standard ticket, so it's really for the dedicated.
Otherwise, it's a straightforward night of Status Quo classics and a few surprises, with Rossi on the guitar and on the mic. Tickets are on sale now at Aloud.com.
