Stand-up comedy performance by Ed Gamble on his Fresh Hell tour at the York Barbican.
Ed Gamble is bringing his new stand-up show, Fresh Hell, to the York Barbican on Saturday 6 February 2027. It's part of a wider tour across the UK and Ireland, so York is one of the stops on a run that'll see him playing to audiences all over the country throughout the year.
If you've come across him through other things, you'll know him as a stand-up, writer, and actor. He describes himself as "your annoying cousin", which gives you a fair idea of the persona he brings to the stage. He's also one half of the award-winning podcast Off Menu, which he co-hosts with James Acaster, and he's presented the visual spin-offs The Traitors: Uncloaked and Taskmaster The Podcast, as well as the new panel show Unacceptable. Fresh Hell follows his biggest world tour to date, which sold out across Europe, North America, and Oceania, so this is the new material he's taking on the road for 2027.
