A competition of power and strength featuring the UK's top strongwomen, organised by Giants Live and filmed for Channel 5.
Britain's Strongest Woman returns to the York Barbican on Saturday 25 July, with the action starting at 17:00. It's a live strength and endurance competition put on by Giants Live, the official Strongman World Tour, and it brings together some of the strongest women in the UK for a series of strength, lifting and endurance events. The whole thing is filmed for Channel 5, and it's the only way for athletes to qualify for the World's Strongest Man contest.
On the starting line are Lucy Underdown, who's defending her title, alongside Donna Moore, Rebecca Roberts, Naomi Hadley, Claire Myler and Grace Hilbourne. They'll be going head-to-head across the different events, so you'll see them lifting, pulling and pushing their way through the afternoon. It's a family-friendly one, though anyone under 14 needs to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

If you're after more than just a seat, there are VIP options to consider. VIP Gold and VIP Silver both come with better seats, a gift bag, a pre-show talk and a post-show meet-and-greet with the athletes. Standard tickets are sold via AXS and Ticketmaster, and there's a booking fee on top of the ticket price. The show kicks off at 17:00 at the York Barbican on Saturday 25 July.
