Free outdoor yoga session paired with a garden tour, art healing, live jazz, health screenings and wellness resources.
Flow & Grow comes to the Tampa Heights Community Garden on Saturday, November 14, as part of a weekend program that also includes a session on Friday, November 13, at 7 PM. It's an outdoor yoga class that pairs the movement with a garden tour, art healing and live jazz, and rounds out the morning with fresh produce, free health screenings and wellness resources. The whole thing is free.
If you've never been, the garden is at 605 East Frances Avenue in Tampa. The morning starts with the yoga, and from there it opens up into a few different things: a tour of the garden, some art healing, and live jazz playing while you're there. It's a slow-paced way to spend a Saturday morning, and the different parts—the movement, the art, the music—all happen in the same space.
Beyond the class itself, there's a practical side to the morning. You'll find fresh produce and free health screenings on site, along with wellness resources you can take home. It's a community-focused setup, so it's as much about the resources as it is about the yoga. If you're coming for the class, you can stick around for the screenings and the produce afterward.
