Free outdoor 45-minute high-intensity bootcamp session on the South Lawn of Armature Works, open to all skill levels.
Armature Works is hosting a Bootcamp with F45 on Saturday, October 17, from 9 AM to 9:45 AM. It's a 45-minute outdoor group workout run by Armature Works, and they're describing it as high-intensity, fast, fun, and results-driven training open to all skill levels. If you've never done an F45-style class, that's the gist: a fast-paced circuit that keeps you moving the whole time. Since it's open to all levels, you don't need to be a gym regular to jump in.
The session is held on the South Lawn, facing the Hillsborough River, so you'll be working out with the water right in front of you. Space is first-come, first-served, and they suggest arriving early to make sure you get a spot. You'll need to bring a few things with you: a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. The class is free and open to the public, so there's no ticket to buy beforehand—just show up ready to move.

If you're not familiar with the spot, Armature Works is a landmark in the Heights District, home to a waterfront food hall, restaurants, rooftop bars, wedding and event venues, and live public events along the river. Once the workout wraps, you can head inside Heights Public Market for food and drinks from one of the venue's vendors or full-service restaurants. It's a good way to turn a morning workout into a full Saturday morning in the Heights. The class runs from 9 AM to 9:45 AM on Saturday, October 17, at 1910 North Ola Avenue, and it's free.
