Halloween trick-or-treat evening for children at the Aquarium and Union Station, with seasonal tastings for adults, part of Pirates and Pumpkins.
Trick, Treat & Toast is coming to the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station on Friday, October 23, from 4:30 PM to 7 PM. It's a Halloween night designed for two groups at once: kids trick-or-treat through the Aquarium and Union Station, while adults enjoy seasonal tastings. The kids hit ten candy stops inside Union Station and get Pirate Magic Makeovers along the way.
The evening is part of the Aquarium's wider Pirates and Pumpkins season, which turns the whole place into a pirate-themed world. You can join the crew, fire real cannons, make your own pirate crown, and race pirate rubber ducks while divers battle for the Golden Pumpkin. There's a Pirate Scavenger Hunt, a walk-through ship, and a massive megalodon jaw to see. On Saturdays and Sundays, The Golden Gourd underwater pumpkin-carving shows run in Shark Canyon, with the crowd voting for the champion.

For context, the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is one of the city's favorite family spots, home to river otters, a sloth, and a 250,000-gallon habitat where you can get close to sharks, rays, and sea turtles. The Aquarium is just the start of St. Louis Union Station, which has more than ten attractions. Trick, Treat & Toast runs from 4:30 PM to 7 PM on Friday, October 23.
