Fantasia Barrino brings The Love of Soul Tour to the Enterprise Center, with Anthony Hamilton and October London.
Fantasia Barrino brings The Love of Soul Tour to the Enterprise Center on Friday, April 9, 2027, with Anthony Hamilton and October London joining her on the bill. It's a full night of R&B and soul, and the lineup puts three distinct voices on one stage.
Fantasia has been a household name since she won the third season of American Idol, when her debut single "I Believe" hit number one in 2004. She describes her sound as "rock soul," rooted in gospel, and that gospel influence runs through her albums Free Yourself and Fantasia. She picked up a Grammy in 2010 for "Bittersweet," and her career has stretched well beyond the recording studio. She starred in the Tony Award-winning revival of The Color Purple and the musical After Midnight, toured internationally sharing a bill with tenor Andrea Bocelli, and wrote the autobiography Life is Not a Fairy Tale, which became a top-rated Lifetime movie. She's as much a stage performer as she is a singer.
Anthony Hamilton joins her, an R&B singer who broke through with the platinum album Comin' from Where I'm From in 2003 and later won a Grammy alongside Al Green. Rounding out the bill is vocalist October London, who debuted on Death Row Records with The Rebirth Of Marvin. Between the three, you've got a range that goes from Fantasia's gospel-inflected power to Hamilton's grit and London's more classic soul leanings.
