Rapid-fire comedy showcase with nine comics, nine minutes each, presented by Funny Bone favorites Bri Munnich and Dane Coulter.
The 999 Show returns to the Westport Funny Bone on Sunday, October 18, at 7:30 PM. It's a rapid-fire comedy showcase put on by Funny Bone regulars Bri Munnich and Dane Coulter, and the format is exactly what the name says: nine comics, nine minutes each. That's nine different sets in one night, and the show is billed as a format in which anything can happen.
Because every month brings a brand-new lineup, you're getting a different group of comics each time. The stage has hosted comedians who've appeared on HBO, the New York Comedy Festival, Just for Laughs, Don't Tell Comedy, Nateland Presents, and Skankfest. With nine comics rotating through, the night moves fast, and you get to see a wide variety of styles rather than one long set from a single headliner.
