A performance series held at the Sachs Museum within the Missouri Botanical Garden, with two outdoor sessions.
The Sachs Museum Performance Series returns to the Missouri Botanical Garden on Saturday, October 17, with two outdoor sessions. It's a small-scale musical addition to a day at the Garden, rather than a standalone concert that takes over the whole afternoon. Both performances are short—about 30 to 45 minutes each—so you can catch one and still have plenty of time to wander the grounds.
The two sessions run at 11 AM and 1 PM, which gives you a choice: an early start to the day or a mid-day break. Since they're outdoor performances, they fit right into the Garden's open-air setting. If you're already planning to spend the day there, you can just slot one of them into your route. If you're coming in specifically for the music, the 11 AM slot gets you in early, and the 1 PM one lets you sleep in a bit first.
Both performances are held at the Sachs Museum, located inside the Garden at 4344 Shaw Blvd. The museum is part of the larger botanical grounds, so you'll be within walking distance of the collections and the gardens. Because the sets are short, you won't be tied down for hours—you can listen and then get back to the plants.

Admission is included with regular Garden admission, so there's no separate ticket to buy for the music. If you're already heading to the Garden, the performance is just another thing to do while you're there. The two sessions are at 11 AM and 1 PM on Saturday, October 17, each running about 30 to 45 minutes.
