Weekly outdoor lunchtime concert series with live bands and food trucks at the Old Post Office Plaza in Downtown St. Louis.
Lunchtime Live is back at the Old Post Office Plaza on Wednesday, October 21, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. It's part of a weekly concert series that runs every Wednesday from April through October, so if you miss this one, there's usually another one the following week.
The setup is pretty straightforward: live bands and food trucks in the middle of Downtown St. Louis. The Downtown District runs the series in partnership with Greater St. Louis, Inc., and it's built around the idea of giving residents, visitors and workers a chance to connect mid-day. It's as much about the people as it is about the music, with the food trucks bringing in a crowd that's as likely to be on a lunch break as they are just hanging out.
The venue itself is one of the city's central public spaces—an urban open area at the Historic Old Post Office on the corner of 9th and Locust Streets. It's got shade trees, benches and an artistic waterfall, and it's equipped with WiFi and A/V capabilities. There's a performance stage and a video wall, and the plaza can seat around a thousand people, so there's plenty of room to spread out and listen without feeling crowded.

It's free to attend, and since it runs from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, it fits right into a typical lunch hour. You'll find it at 801 Locust Street, Downtown St. Louis, MO 63101.
