Helium Presents: DC Curry

DC Curry is playing a run of stand-up comedy shows at Helium & Elements Restaurant in St. Louis over three nights this January. The first is Friday, January 22, from 7 PM to 9:15 PM; the second is Saturday, January 23, from 7 PM to 9:30 PM; and the third is Sunday, January 24, starting at 7 PM.

If you haven't come across his name before, Don 'D.C.' Curry is a restless entertainer who works across an unusually wide range of stages. He co-stars in major studio pictures and leads indie feature films, tours as the lead in hit stage plays, fronts his own R&B and Blues band, and lends his voice to television shows like The Boondocks. The venue describes him as an extremely funny man, and this weekend puts him in the stand-up spotlight.

All three shows run in an 18+ showroom, so you'll need to be at least 18 to get in. Seating is general admission, with reserved seats assigned on the night of the show. There's a two-item minimum per person, and dinner reservations are available before the Friday and Saturday sets if you want to eat before the comedy starts.

Helium & Elements Restaurant is at 1151 St Louis Galleria Street, St Louis, MO 63117. The run starts Friday, January 22, from 7 PM to 9:15 PM, continues Saturday, January 23, from 7 PM to 9:30 PM, and closes Sunday, January 24, at 7 PM.
