Eldraco + FreeNation

Eldraco + FreeNation are playing The Key in the Grand Center Arts District on Friday, November 6, at 10 PM. The show kicks off the 2026 Free4All Music Showcase, which brings around 100 local St. Louis artists to Grand Center throughout the festival.

They describe themselves as a high-energy Pop-Funk and Glam Soul band with Rock and Dance mixed in, fronted by Eldraco, an award-winning artist with a four-octave range. The group has been recognized twice by the John Lennon Songwriting Competition: in 2020 for "Mallori (I See U)" and in 2024 for "Butterflies," both from their 2025 album Glitter. Eldraco has shared the stage with Patti LaBelle and has been a Tiny Desk Contest favorite since 2021, reaching finalist status in 2024.

On stage, FreeNation is a full ensemble: Greg Dallas on lead guitar, Ben Stitzel on keys, Josh Last on bass, Benjamin Shafer on woodwinds, and Tim Moore on drums. They're backed by a vocal quartet of Kelly Beekman, Dannie Fuller, Cam Burns, and Eldraco. It's a big sound for a local act, and they've played to crowds that reflect it: over 17,000 at Music at the Intersection in 2025 and 13,000 at the Whitaker Music Festival in 2023. They've also headlined the St. Louis Art Fair in 2024 and Artica Fest from 2020 through 2025.

Admission is free, so you can catch them without spending anything. The show starts at 10 PM on Friday, November 6, at The Key in Grand Center.
