Screening of the cult murder-mystery comedy 'Clue' with a pre-show tribute to Tim Curry, running all three surprise endings.
Arkadin Cinema & Bar is screening Clue on Friday, November 6, with a Tim Curry pre-show starting at 6 PM. The movie itself runs from 7 PM to 8:45 PM, so it's a full evening if you come for both. Tickets are $9.
If you're not familiar, Clue is the 1985 murder-mystery comedy based on the board game. It's a cult classic that works best when you're in the room with other people, and the cast is a real ensemble: Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Eileen Brennan, Martin Mull, Lesley Ann Warren, Michael McKean, Colleen Camp, and the late Tim Curry. It didn't do well when it first came out—theaters were shown different endings, which made it hard to pin down—but it's since become a favorite. This screening runs all three surprise endings, so you get the whole story in one go.

The pre-show is dedicated to Tim Curry, whom they describe as the dashing devil of music, stage, and film. He's the common thread between the movie and the lead-up, and it's a nice way to set the mood before the mystery kicks off. All ages are welcome, and seats are first-come, first-served, so if you're particular about where you sit, you'll want to get there early. The theater opens 30 minutes before showtime. With the pre-show at 6 PM and the film from 7 PM to 8:45 PM, it's a long night of comedy for $9.
