Boo-lesque: A Halloween Burlesque Spectacular

Boo-lesque is running throughout October at The Boom Boom Room, part of the venue's 11th Annual Halloween Spectacular. It's a Halloween burlesque show that mixes cabaret, comedy, and specialty acts, and it's built around the room's usual blend of vintage glamour, modern burlesque, and theatrical spectacle. The night pairs live burlesque and specialty performances with Halloween-inspired acts and cirque artistry, and you can pair it with dinner and handcrafted cocktails from the venue's partner, Boom N' Brew. The room itself is a burlesque dinner theatre, so you'll find choreography, music, storytelling, and playful audience interaction alongside red curtains, chandeliers, and cabaret-style seating.

Boo-lesque is one of several productions the room stages throughout the year. The Boom Boom Room rotates its shows, and this Halloween run sits alongside seasonal specials like The Fright Before Christmas and Swingin' Little Christmas. The venue describes itself as a destination for date night, girls' night, birthdays, or bachelorette celebrations, and the dinner-and-a-show format fits that sort of outing.

There are three performances every weekend throughout October: Fridays at 8 PM, and Saturdays at 6 PM and 9:15 PM. Tickets are $55 per person. The Boom Boom Room is located at Buddy's, 1001 Washington Avenue, Downtown St. Louis, MO 63101.
