Stand-up show by Ali Siddiq, The Custom Fit Tour, at The Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis.
Ali Siddiq brings The Custom Fit Tour to The Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis on Saturday, March 20, 2027. If you've come across his name but aren't sure where to start, he's a stand-up who built his career on a riff-style of comedy rooted in his own life—specifically the six years he spent in prison.
That background is more than just a talking point; it's the engine for a lot of his best work. In 2018, he released the hour-long special It's Bigger Than These Bars on Comedy Central, which he performed at the Bell County Jail in Belton, Texas, and drew directly from his time behind bars. Long before that, his 2014 bit 'Mexicans Got On Boots' on Comedy Central's This Is Not Happening racked up 15 million views, and his latest special, My Father, has pulled in over 5 million. Between those, he's appeared on Comedy Central, BET's ComicView, HBO's Def Comedy Jam 25, and The Arsenio Hall Show.
He's also picked up some hardware along the way: an NAACP Image Award for the independently produced special My Two Sons and three Webby honors for Rugged. Beyond the stage, he works as an executive producer and distributor to help get up-and-coming comics off the ground. On YouTube, he's sitting at 1.6 million subscribers and more than 400 million total views, so he's well-known online even if you've never seen him live.
