A half marathon and 10k race starting and finishing at St Mary's Stadium, with a junior race for younger runners, supporting the Wetwheels Foundation.
The Southampton Half Marathon and 10K return to St Mary's Stadium on Sunday 4 October, with both races starting and finishing at the stadium. It's a double-header on the day, so you can pick the distance that suits you: the half marathon for the full 13.1 miles, or the 10K if you're after something a bit shorter. Both routes kick off and wrap up at the home of the Saints, which makes it easy to get to and back from.
The course is set up for all abilities, with the route well marked in both kilometres and miles and marshalled at key points. That means it works whether you're chasing a personal best, tackling a new distance for the first time, or just out for a run with family and friends. There's also a junior race for younger runners, so it's something the whole family can get involved in on the same day.
Once you've crossed the finish line, there's an event village to hang out in, with refreshments and a chance to celebrate with the other runners and supporters. It's the kind of thing that turns a race into a bit of a day out, rather than just a run and a quick trip home.

Beyond the running, the event supports the Wetwheels Foundation, which provides water sports equipment to people with disabilities. So, whether you're aiming for a fast time or just taking it steady, there's a cause behind it. The whole thing takes place on Sunday 4 October, starting and finishing at St Mary's Stadium.
