A children's art workshop focused on street art for ages 7 to 13 at the Southampton City Art Gallery.
Junior Art School is running a street art workshop at Southampton City Art Gallery on Friday 7 August. It's a session for children aged 7 to 13, so it's aimed at the primary and early secondary school crowd rather than the very little ones.
The focus is street art, and that's what the kids will be working with throughout the session. It's a hands-on workshop, not a talk or a demonstration, so they'll be making their own work rather than just watching someone else do it. The whole thing is held inside the gallery, which is a nice place to be working in, especially on a Friday in August.
