Ellie Goulding plays Engine Rooms on Tuesday 1 September, one of five intimate UK album launch shows she's scheduled across August and September. It's an outstore show in collaboration with Vinilo Record Store, celebrating her new album, I Know Too Much.
If you've followed her since the start, you'll know the name. She's a singer-songwriter from Hereford who began her music career in 2009, won the BBC Sound of 2010, and scored a UK number one album with her debut, Lights. She picked up the Critics' Choice Award at the BRITs, and later added a second BRIT and a Grammy nomination to her honours. Her fifth studio album, Higher Than Heaven, arrived in 2023.
In June 2026, she announced her sixth, I Know Too Much, led by the first single 'Black Prada Dress'. This Southampton date is part of a run of five intimate UK album launch shows scheduled across August and September 2026, so it's one of the first times the new material will be played live. The collaboration with Vinilo Record Store ties it back to the record shop, and the intimate setting means you'll be close to the stage rather than watching from the back of a big hall.
