Melodic death metal band Eleine performs live at The Brook, with support from Rexoria and Liv Sin.
Eleine play The Brook on Wednesday 14 October, bringing a new production to Southampton. They're the main act of the night, with rexoria and Liv Sin on the bill before them.
If you've come across them recently, it's likely through We Shall Remain, the 2023 album that's their most popular release to date. That was followed by the We Stand United EP in 2025, so there's a fair bit of newer material to draw from for this set. The band's current line-up is Madeleine Liljestam, Rikard Ekberg, Victor Jonasson and Kevin Werder on live drums.
They've been around since 2014, when Liljestam and Ekberg started the project and put out their self-titled debut the following year. After parting ways with their first label in early 2016, they released the single 'Break Take Live' and went on their first European tour opening for the Portuguese metal band MOONSHELL. In 2017 they set up their own label, Algoth Records, and played Gefle Metal Festival. Their February 2018 album Until The End hit number one on the Swedish album charts and earned them a tour with ARCH ENEMY. The 2019 EP All Shall Burn also made a mark, with 'Enemies' gathering over 2.5 million YouTube views. They released Dancing In Hell in 2020, signed to Atomic Fire Records in January 2022, and then put out We Shall Remain in 2023, before the We Stand United EP in 2025.
