A family-friendly art session where participants create their own dinosaur art using drawing and printing techniques at SeaCity Museum.
SeaCity Museum is hosting Art for All: Dino Drawing and Printing on Friday 28 August, a creative session where you get to make your own dinosaur art to take home. It's part of the museum's Art for All programme, which is aimed at visitors aged six and over, so it works as a family outing or just a bit of making for yourself.
The session runs on two different techniques: drawing and printing. You'll use both to build your dinosaur, and you leave with the finished piece in your hand. It's a hands-on kind of thing, not a lecture, and adults are welcome to take part alongside children rather than just watching from the sidelines.
There are three sessions to choose from throughout the day, so you can pick the one that fits your schedule best: 10.30am to 12noon, 12.30pm to 2pm, or 2.30pm to 4pm. If you're bringing children, keep in mind that anyone under 16 has to be accompanied by an adult.
