A hands-on workshop on Christmas table decorations for all ages led by Victoria Goss.
Victoria Goss is running a Christmas table decorations workshop at SeaCity Museum on Sunday 20 December, with two separate sessions to choose from. It's a hands-on morning or afternoon where you'll put together your own festive centrepiece to take home, and it's open to all ages, so it works as a solo project or something to do with the family.
There are two slots on the day: the first runs from 10.30am to 12.30pm, and the second from 1pm to 3pm. Both are two hours long, which gives you plenty of time to get stuck in without feeling rushed. If you're taking a younger child, the pricing is a bit different: it's £18 per person, and each ticket includes a space for one accompanying adult if the participant is under 16. That means you can bring a child along and you're covered for the adult spot in one go.
The museum is over at Havelock Road, Southampton, SO14 7FY, so it's easy enough to get to. Since it's a Sunday in late December, it's a handy way to tick off a bit of Christmas prep while you're out and about in the city. You'll walk away with a finished table decoration ready for the big day, and you'll have spent a couple of hours making it yourself rather than just buying something off a shelf.
