A 60-minute hot grounding yoga class for beginners led by The Stress Less Club, with a short talk on stress and açai bowls afterwards.
The Stress Less Club is taking over Hotpod Yoga Sheffield on Saturday 24 October for a session that combines a hot yoga class with a short talk on stress. It runs from 12:30 to 2:30 in the afternoon, so you've got the rest of your Saturday still open.
The afternoon starts with Kristi, the founder of The Stress Less Club, who opens with a short talk about the story behind the club and shares some practical tips for stressing less. That leads into the main event: a 60-minute hot grounding yoga class. It's built for beginners, so you don't need any previous experience to join in. The idea is framed as a sign to prioritise yourself — move your body in a way that feels good and walk away feeling calmer, more connected and recharged. You can come on your own or bring a friend along.
Once the yoga is done, the session rounds off with açai bowls and coffee, so you've got something to eat and drink while you wind down. It's a slow-paced afternoon that takes you from a talk, through a full class, and finishes with food and coffee, rather than just a single activity. Yoga mats and equipment are provided, so you don't need to bring your own gear.
