The Chocolate Factory Escape Room Game for Four with Escape Hunt

Escape Hunt Sheffield has a new room open, The Chocolate Factory, and it's a good shout if you're looking for something to do with a group this week. It's the latest addition to their stable of five 5* escape rooms and three outdoor experiences in the city, so if you've already run through their other rooms, this is the one you've been waiting for.

The setup drops you inside the magical chocolate factory of Coco Delite, which is celebrating its centenary. Your mission is to recreate Coco's first chocolate bar, the legendary Wonderbar Supreme. To get there, you'll have to track down a lost machine and gather rare ingredients, working your way through puzzles and riddles along the way. It's pitched as an out-of-this-world choice for a birthday, hen or stag celebration, and it works for teams of two to six players.

On the practical side, you've got 60 minutes to get it done. The room is rated PG (ages 8 and up), so it's one of the few you can bring the younger ones along to, though under-16s need an adult with them. There's also wheelchair access available. The price depends on your group size: £30 per person for two players, £27 for three, £23 for four, £22 for five, and £21 for six. If you're a student, there's 15% off Monday to Thursday, and over-60s get 10% off Monday to Thursday with valid ID.
