Dancehall, reggae and dub night at The System on Botsford Street with Guidance Sound, Strictly Roots and Dub Muzik.
Guidance Sound make their debut session at The System on Friday 30 October, a night presented by TEN2ONE. It's their first time taking the helm at the venue, and they're not coming alone: Strictly Roots and Dub Muzik are on the bill too, so you've got three selectors working through the night rather than one.
The whole thing is built around dancehall, reggae and dub, so that's the sound you'll be hearing from the first drop. If you're into that side of things, it's a straightforward night — no crossing over into other styles, just those three sounds running the show. Guidance Sound taking the lead means this is their first proper outing at The System, and with Strictly Roots and Dub Muzik alongside, the line-up covers the dancehall, reggae and dub they've billed the night around.

The System is at 6-8 Botsford Street, and the night kicks off at 21:00 on Friday 30 October, running right through until 03:00 on Saturday morning. That's six hours of music, so there's plenty of room for all three to get their sets in without rushing. If you're planning to stay for the whole thing, it's a proper late one, with the dance going well past midnight and into the early hours.
