TEKKERS Mad Friday Special

TEKKERS is back at Network on Friday 18 December, with a Mad Friday special that runs from 10pm right through until 5am. It's a long one, so if you're planning to stay for the whole thing, you'll want to pace yourself.

The night is billed as Tekkers is Back for a Mad Friday Special, and the music is described as bassline wobblers, bubbling garage and drum and bass rollers all night long. That's a fair bit of ground to cover, and the organisers say the selection will pull from UK garage, drum and bass, jungle and bassline, so the sound should shift across the genres rather than sticking to one. If you're into the heavier, bass-led side of the UK underground, that's exactly what's on the table.

There's a full line-up to get through the night: Shaun Banger Scott, Nasteeboi, Palize, DJ SKILLZ, SKILLZ & CARDIAC, and kegone. With six names on the bill and seven hours of music to fill, each set has plenty of room to breathe, and the mix of garage, jungle and bassline should keep the energy moving from the first drop until the early hours.

Network is at 14-16 Matilda Street, S1 4HP, and tickets start from £8. It kicks off at 10pm and runs until 5am, so it's a proper late one.
